The rates for advertising in "The Bulletin" for the year 2009-2010 are as follows:

Price is based per issue, black and white camera ready artwork, vertical or horizontal. The Bulletin is printed on 8 1/2 X 11 paper.

One Full Page

9-3/4 X 7-1/2
1 issue: $1,150.00
2 issues/per issue: $1,000.00
4 issues/per issue: $900.00

One-half Page

9-3/4 L X 3-3/4 W Vertical
7-1/4 W X 4-3/4 L Horizontal
1 issue: $800.00
2 issues/per issue: $750.00
4 issues/per issue: $700.00

One-fourth Page

3-1/2 W X 5 L Vertical
1 issue: $525.00
2 issues/per issue: $475.00
4 issues/per issue: $425.00

Inserts

1 issue: $750.00
2 issues/per issue: $700.00
4 issues/per issue: $650.00

Colors other than black are at the publisher's discretion. Please pay in advance for any additional color(s) ($130.00 per color).

An additional 15% fee of the advertising rate will be charged for specified positioning.

The Bulletin is published four times a year: issues are released in the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer. When purchasing advertising for multiple insertions (2 issues/4 issues) the advertising must appear in consecutive issues and must be prepaid with order.
